Terms and Conditions

1. Our services

We provide Google Business Profile and local SEO services (the free audit, Maps Fix-Up, Maps Care and Maps Growth) and website design (Starter Website and Business Website) for local businesses in the US. What each service includes is described on this website.

2. Scope and payment

• Before you pay anything, we confirm the scope of the work with you by email.
• Prices are in US dollars and are shown on this website.
• There are no setup fees. The Fix-Up and website packages are one-time payments.
• Monthly plans are billed once per month, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• If a payment is missed, we may pause work until it is paid.

3. Monthly plans and cancellation

Maps Care and Maps Growth are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel any time. To stop the next charge, email us at least 7 days before your next billing date. We confirm cancellations in writing within 2 business days. Cancelling stops future billing; work continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If we receive your cancellation less than 7 days before your next billing date, that next charge still goes through and is not refundable (the 5-day refund does not apply to it); your plan then ends after that final paid month, and we keep working through it.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund if you ask within 5 days of a purchase or monthly charge. After that, work has started, so that payment is non-refundable. The 5-day refund does not apply to a final charge that goes through because a cancellation arrived less than 7 days before the billing date. Billing mistakes are always refunded in full. 5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Give us the access we need, such as manager access to your Google Business Profile.
• Review and approve work when we ask, so it is not held up.
• Make sure the photos and materials you send are yours to use.
• Follow Google’s rules for your business listing, including how you ask for reviews.

Delays in access, information or approvals can delay the work.

6. Results

Google decides what appears in search and on the map, and many factors are outside our control, such as competitors, location and changes Google makes. We do not guarantee rankings, a set number of calls, leads or revenue. We do guarantee to deliver the work described in your confirmed scope.

7. Ownership

• You keep ownership and control of your Google Business Profile, website, domain and data.
• Once a website is paid for, the site and its content are yours.
• We keep ownership of our own templates, tools and working methods.

8. Website packages

• The first year of hosting and domain is included. After year one, hosting and domain renew at cost.
• Copywriting is included.
• Free updates and fixes after launch: 3 months for the Starter Website, 6 months for the Business Website.
• The Business Website includes 2 revision rounds.

9. Other platforms

Our work depends on platforms such as Google, hosting companies and SEO tools. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, such as a listing suspension, but we will help you deal with them where we can.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your account access and business information private and use it only to do your work. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

We do our work with care, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business. If something goes wrong, the most we will be responsible for is the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply to payments you have already made.
