What is in the free audit?
We manually review your Google Business Profile, reviews, directory listings and website against the top 3 businesses near you. Within 1 business day we email a summary with a score and your top issues. It is free and you keep it. The detailed step-by-step fix plan comes with the Fix-Up or a monthly plan.
Who do you work with?
Local businesses in the US: plumbers first, plus HVAC, electricians, roofers and similar trades that depend on local calls.
How soon will I see results?
Profile fixes can show within days. Rankings and review growth usually take 30 to 90 days, depending on your market and starting point.
Can you guarantee the #1 spot on Google Maps?
No one honestly can. We work on everything you control, such as profile quality, reviews, local pages and listing consistency, and report progress every month.
What is the difference between Fix-Up, Maps Care and Maps Growth?
Fix-Up is a one-time cleanup with a detailed fix plan. Maps Care keeps the profile active each month with 4 posts, photos, review requests, rank tracking and a report. Maps Growth adds 8 posts a month, review replies done for you, a new local page each month, new directory listings and a monthly strategy call.
Is there a contract?
No. There are no setup fees, and monthly plans run month-to-month, so you can cancel any time. The Fix-Up and websites are one-time payments.
What happens after I choose a plan, and can I get a refund?
We confirm the scope with you by email before any payment. You get a full refund if you ask within 5 days of a purchase or monthly charge. After that, work has started, so that payment is non-refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; email us at least 7 days before your next billing date to stop the next charge. If we receive your cancellation less than 7 days before your next billing date, that next charge still goes through and is not refundable (the 5-day refund does not apply to it); your plan then ends after that final paid month, and we keep working through it. Details are in our refund policy.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. Many businesses only need Maps work. If your site is slow or has no service pages, our Starter ($890) or Business ($1,890) website can help. Both include copywriting, the first year of hosting and domain (renewing at cost after that), and free updates and fixes after launch: 3 months on Starter, 6 months on Business.
Do I keep ownership of my accounts?
Yes. You keep control of your Google Business Profile and website accounts. We work with manager access only.
