This page explains what information DSVP Digital Service (“we”, “us”) receives, why we use it and how we look after it. We work with local businesses in the US, and we keep this simple: we only use your information to do the work you ask us to do.
1. What this website collects
This website has one contact form, on our Contact page. When you send it, we receive what you enter: your business name, city and state, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, Google listing or website link, and message. We use this information in the same way as an email you send us: to reply to you and prepare your audit or quote. The site has no logins or customer accounts and takes no online payments.
2. Information you send us
When you email us, use our contact form, or become a client, we may receive:
- Your name, email address, phone number and anything else you include in your emails or form messages.
- Business details such as your business name, city or service area, services, website address, and your public Google Business Profile and directory listings.
- Photos, text and other materials you give us to use in your listing or website.
- Access you choose to grant, such as manager access to your Google Business Profile or access to your website or domain account.
- Basic billing records (amount, date and what was purchased) once you buy a service.
3. How we use it
- To prepare your free audit and reply to your questions.
- To deliver the services you choose, such as profile fixes, posts, review requests, reports and websites.
- To send you updates, reports and anything else related to your work with us.
- To keep basic records for accounting and tax purposes.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Your accounts and access
You stay in control of your Google Business Profile, website and domain. We only use the access you grant for the agreed work, and you can remove our access at any time from your own account settings.
5. Services we use to do the work
To deliver our services we may use trusted third-party tools, such as our email provider, our website host (which also receives and stores contact form submissions), and rank-tracking or SEO tools. These tools only receive what is needed for the task, for example your business name and target keywords for rank tracking. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. If we add analytics or any tracking in the future, we will update this policy first.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to work with you and to meet basic record-keeping needs. When you stop working with us, you can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we must keep certain records, such as billing records.
8. Keeping it safe
We limit access to your information and accounts to the work we are doing for you. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it. Please never email us card numbers or passwords; if we need access to an account, we will ask you to add us as a user instead.
9. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@dsvp.digital and we will reply by email.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
